Covering lesser-known stories in culture, music, and travel, I introduce Japan to the world.
My writing appears in publications including Lonely Planet, National Geographic, The Japan Times, Tokyo Weekender, GRAMMY, Resident Advisor, Huck, Mixmag…
Marketing-wise, I’ve written newsletters and copy for Tokyo Weekender, Beatport and JNTO (Japan National Tourism Organisation).
I localise and translate from Japanese to English, using my time between Japan and UK as a base. My clients include Honda (motorcycle division) and Hida Sangyo.
